Well Testing

Mobile Oil Separator (MOS)

A device for separating gas from crude oil and pumping it to the pipeline during the drilling, repair, acidizing and testing of oil wells.

Mobile Oil Separator trailer-mounted units

Fully mobile

As emphasised in its name, this device is mobile. It can be used on any well that needs it, then easily transferred and installed on another.

Three units

The separator is composed of three units, each installed on its own trailer for road transport and rapid rig-up.

Separate and pump

Gas is separated from the crude oil, and the oil is pumped directly onward to the pipeline rather than being flared or stored.

Because the unit relocates with the operation, one asset can serve a whole drilling or workover campaign — separating and exporting production from each well in turn, rather than committing fixed plant to a single location.
