IPM Department

Integrated Project Management

SeaLand IPM undertakes complicated projects, managing and handling them with tailored, integrated solutions — from location construction to drilling, completion and the production unit.

Mission

Lead the hydrocarbon exploration and production value chain through EPD/EPC projects and field development services — delivering turnkey solutions with a focus on service quality and on client needs and expectations.

Vision

To develop a complete exploration and production chain, and become a pioneer E&P company in the market.

The IPM difference — technology, people and process, commercial alignment, execution excellence

One team across every stage

IPM provides the expertise and processes to improve performance and increase efficiency, by integrating all EPD and EPC stages — from location construction, to drilling and completing a well, to the execution of production lines running to the production unit.

SeaLand IPM has a well-experienced professional team with in-house advanced drilling services — directional drilling, wireline logging, perforation, surface well testing and QHSE and inspection services. That gives us the flexibility to control the schedule and minimise project costs.

Current programme

Achievements

What the programme has delivered.

  • Drilling two directional Asmari wells ahead of the contractual plan.

  • Successful completion of two wells with standard gas lift completion strings.

  • Planning and execution of rigless integrated production services, with an oil production rate far beyond the client scope.

  • Construction of 4 EPC locations, and work on 7 EPC locations simultaneously, in a complicated environment.
