Onshore and offshore, SeaLand combines well-maintained coiled tubing and pumping equipment with expert personnel. The result is consistent, competitive solutions delivered safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
SeaLand maintains a fleet of fifteen coiled tubing packages, each with additional support equipment consisting of high pressure fluid pumping units as well as nitrogen equipment, with coiled tubing pipe size capabilities from 1.25 inch to 2.625 inch.

We use NOV's Cerberus modelling software to accurately predict and analyse cumulative forces at each stage of a coiled tubing job — the industry standard for planning and performing well intervention services.

Acquisition and advanced design
During execution, job parameters are recorded with NOV's OrionNET software. It is touch-screen compatible and can display data in real time, either locally or remotely — OrionNET IV and V data acquisition.
For advanced design considerations, SeaLand can use Baker Hughes' CIRCA Pro coiled tubing simulation software, providing modelling of tubing forces, pressures, friction losses, rheologies, fluid behaviours and downhole tool operations — including solids cleanout analysis to ensure effective circulation and removal of debris.
String life and corrosion management
Alongside tracking the coiled tubing string's life, SeaLand runs a corrosion management programme that eliminates sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) in recirculated fluids. In part because of that bacteria management programme, we have not had an SRB-related failure in over five years.
